How Confiança Digital handles the personal data received through this website, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).

Who we are

This website is run by Confiança Digital LTDA, company registration (CNPJ) 37.678.785/0001-66, based in Presidente Prudente – SP (“Confiança Digital”), the controller of the personal data processed through it.

Data protection officer

Our data protection officer (encarregado) is Romuald Tuffery, who can be reached at dpo@confiancadigital.com.br.

What data we collect

We only collect the data needed for each purpose:

  • contact form: name, phone number, email, specialty, team size, the need you select and the message you write;
  • waiting list for an upcoming service: name, email, WhatsApp number (optional) and the service you are interested in;
  • WhatsApp conversation: your number and the messages exchanged;
  • on every form: a record of your consent (date, time and version of this policy), your language and the page you sent it from.

Please do not send patients’ health data through the forms.

How we use it

  • to reply to you and, if you wish, send you a service proposal;
  • to let you know when a waiting-list service becomes available;
  • to protect the forms against bots and abuse;
  • to measure website traffic in aggregate, so we can improve it.

The legal bases are your consent, pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and understanding how it is used (Art. 7, I, V and IX, LGPD).

Visit statistics

We measure traffic with Umami, a tool installed on our own infrastructure: this data is not passed on to third parties. Umami uses no cookies and does not store your IP address, which is only used during the visit to estimate your country and city and to generate an anonymous identifier that changes every month. The result is aggregate statistics: pages viewed, where visits come from, device type and browser. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, the visit is not counted.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer your data. It only passes through the providers needed to run the website, who process it on our behalf and according to our instructions:

  • Cloudflare (Turnstile): bot protection for the forms;
  • Resend: delivery of confirmation and notification emails;
  • Sanity: delivery of the website’s images;
  • a cloud provider: hosting for the website, the forms and the statistics.

Some of these providers have servers outside Brazil. These international transfers follow the safeguards set out in Art. 33 of the LGPD.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data for as long as needed to reply to and follow up on your request, and delete it once it is no longer needed or when you ask us to. Waiting-list data is kept until the service launches and you have been notified, or until you ask to leave the list.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contato@confiancadigital.com.br or to our data protection officer at dpo@confiancadigital.com.br. You may also lodge a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
